The Chris Lynch Golf Marathon

One of our newest members, Chris Lynch, was diagnosed with Stage 3 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in December of 2013.  As he goes through chemotherapy and continues to fight his disease many people have asked how they can show their support to both Chris and his family. Chris chose to have his supporters raise money for a charity that affected the two places closest to him, the University of Florida and his home town of Jacksonville. He chose the Live For Today Foundation because we are headquartered in Ponte Vedra Beach and were founded by a fellow UF student, Todd Blake.

As a result, his father’s company, GolfNow, is hosting a golf tournament to raise money for our cause. The Chris Lynch Golf Marathon benefiting the Live For Today Foundation will be hosted at The Country Club of Orlando.  The goal is to play 100 holes in one day!  GolfNow has created a small field for their employees and will have the course to themselves from sunrise to sunset.  We look forward to seeing them play and thank everyone involved for their support!
